Born in Rangoon, and after living around in a few different places, Kris is now calling Brisbane, Australia home. Someone else ago, he has been a studio engineer, a web designer, a software developer, a drummer and a few more. The years passed, chances were taken, mistakes were made, chapters turned, and a life was shaped. A sweet voice, with the jaded view on love and life, Kris and his music have been slowly drawing attention from fans all over. In early 2012, Kris turned his back on a promising IT career to pursue his aspirations in music, now conducting his dreams from the land down under.
With a wide range of styles and influences from acoustic pop-folk, classic and 70-80's rock, Kris writes and sings about suckness of hatred, injustice, war, greed, love, and life in general.
After two years in the making, his debut album 'First Contact' is now available as FREE download or pay what you want purchase. Produced by Queensland's renowned Duncan Wood (Touchwood Productions) & upcoming talents Danny Harley & Nick Kirk (HK Music) with acoustic & lead solos by 19 years old guitarist Jeremy Wan, the album brings a combination of heart-pumping tunes & sombre ballads, brazing the classic rock, & pop-folk genres.
Kris has created a free edition of 10 high quality tracks from his new album also to be released as physical copies in early 2013. All the tracks have been remastered to 432Hz in tune with the principles of natural harmonics.
